Each is listed here with what it covers, how much was announced and how much has been used, dated and linked to the institution's own publication. Click a row for its terms, projects and sources.

How to read these figures.

Announced is not used. A limit, a fund or a framework is what an institution said it would provide; the "used" column is what it reports as committed, issued or insured, and says which.
Never add the rows. An EU guarantee can back an agency's cover and a reinsurer can back an insurer, so the same euro can appear in two rows. The measures also differ from row to row.
Cover stops at the front. Programmes cover government-controlled territory, often with a distance from the front line; occupied territory is excluded. Where a row states its limits, its detail says so.
Dated and sourced, not advice. Each figure carries its own date; many institutions publish only a headline, and "not published" is an answer too. Confirm terms with the institution.
